Wu Chen is the Head of Editorial (Asia Pacific) of EuroFinance, an Economist Group business.

 

Prior to that, he was the editor of CFO China, an Economist Group publication. During his journalism career, he has worked for Business Week in Hong Kong, Bloomberg News in Singapore, and the international news department of Xinhua News Agency in Beijing.

 

Wu Chen holds a Masters in Pacific International Affairs from the School of International Relations and Pacific Studies, University of California, San Diego, and a Masters in Journalism from E. W. Scripps School of Journalism at Ohio University. He earned his B.A. from Beijing Foreign Studies University.

 

In 2008, Wu Chen won the Society of Publishers in Asia Excellence Award for Business Reporting.
