Wendy Singer is Executive Director of Start-Up Nation Central, a new non-profit organization based in Israel. Start-Up Nation Central aims to serve as a global hub for connecting between Israel's innovation sector and that of other countries - to create partnerships that will generate economic growth and tackle global problems.

Wendy recently concluded a 23-year career at AIPAC. She was Director of AIPAC's Israel Office for the last sixteen years, and before that was a registered lobbyist for Aipac on Capitol Hill. Singer also worked for five years as a legislative aide in the House and the Senate – for Senators John Kerry (D-MA) and Carl Levin (D-MI); and Rep. Henry Waxman (D-CA).
